摘要
经济公益诉讼作为一种新的诉讼类型，有着与传统诉讼类型不同的特征和功能。现从建立经济公益诉讼的法律依据、原告资格问题、诉讼费用承担、受案范围等方面来分析研究我国经济公益诉讼。
Economic public interest suit is used as a kind of new litigation type. It has many differences in characteristic and function from traditional litigation type. In this paper, the establishment of economic welfare from the legal basis for the lawsuit, the plaintiff＇s Proper, legal costs borne by the scope of the ease, these several aspects of China＇s economic and public interest litigation are studied.
