摘要
维持相对稳定的高水平导游员队伍对旅游业而言具有十分重要的意义。现针对导游员职业承诺的含义、结构和重要性,时不同职业承诺水平的导游员之心理与行为表现进行分析,并对导游员职业承诺的影响因素研究,以期提高导游员的职业承诺水平,以降低导游员流失率。
This paper is to research psychology and behavior performance of tour guides who have been authorized different Professional Commitments based on analysing the definition, construction and importance of tour guides' Professional Commitment, for the effect factors of tour guides' Professional Commitments, it points out countermeasures and suggestion to be enforced by Tourism Alliance, Tourism Association and Tourism Administration to improve Tour Guides' Professional Commitment level, in order to reduce the wastage of tour guide.
