摘要
本文通过对中国就业面临问题的分析,提出了一些政策性建议。指出只有充分利用人力资源优势,才能实现可持续战略。
The Chinese economy is characterized by overpopulation and excess supply of labor. With the development of market of employment, unemployment has been increasing along with the improvement of efficiency. This paper, through analyzing the problems in employment in such a situation, puts forwards serval suggestions in policy to deal with them. On the whole, our country must make good use of human resources so as to realize' continued development' strategy.
