摘要
目的探究大学生人格障碍倾向的发生率以及分布特点。方法采用CCMD-2-R诊断标准的人格障碍筛查问卷(Personality Disorder Questionnaire for CCMD-2-R,PDQC)对598名学生进行调查,结果1大学生人格障碍的筛出率为59.03%,其中单型人格障碍倾向筛出率23.58%,合并多型人格障碍倾向的筛出率为35.45%;单型人格障碍筛出率占据前四位的是:表演型人格障碍6.02%,依赖性和回避型人格障碍都占5.35%,强迫型人格障碍为3.85%;2在强迫型人格障碍、回避型人格障碍和分裂样人格障碍上,男生的发生率明显高于女生。结论大学生中人格障碍患病率较高,男生的发生率明显高于女生。
Objective To survey the prevalence of personality disorder in medical college students. Methods By means of cluster sampling, 598 students from medical university were investigated by PDQC （PersonalityDisorder Questionnaire for CCMD-2- R）. Results （1）Among the 598 medical college students, the prevalence of personality disorder is 59.03%, and 23.58% for single PD and 35.45 %for two or more PDs; The histrionic personality disorder has the highest incidence （6.02 % ）, dependence personality （5.35 % ）, avoidance personality （5.35 % ）, obsessive-compulsive personality （3.85 % ）. （2） there are significant gender differences in obsessive-compulsive personality, avoidance personality and schizoid personality disorder. Conlusion The prevalence of personality disorder is higher in medical college students and has significant gender differences.
