摘要
目的:探讨急诊创伤误诊死亡病例的临床特点,提高创伤救治水平。方法:回顾性分析本科在1997年1月至2007年10月急诊创伤误诊死亡患者临床资料。结果:急诊创伤发病急,病情危重,死亡率高,易误诊漏诊。结论:详细询问受伤史,仔细、全面体格检查,正确应用辅助检查,密切观察病情变化,可提高创伤诊断正确率,避免误诊漏诊。
Objective：To investigate the clinical features of emergency trauma mortality Cases by misdiagnosis in order to improve trauma treatment level. Methods： To analyze retrospectively clinical data of emergency trauma mortality caused misdiagnosis during the period of January 1997 to October 2007 in Emergency Department. Results： Emergency trauma has features of acute occurrence, critical condition, high mortality, misdiagnosis and missed injuries. Conclusion： It can help increase correct rate and avoid misdiagnosis and missed injuries by inquiring in details of the injury history, doing medical examination carefully and comprehensively, applying correctly auxiliary examination and observing closely condition changes.
