摘要
目的:观察中药龙胆泻肝汤治疗失眠的临床疗效。方法:用中药龙胆泻肝汤治疗肝火扰心型失眠56例,并设立对照组。结果:治疗组临床治愈13例(23.21%),显效21例(37.50%),有效16例(28.57%),无效6例(10.71%),总有效率为89.28%;对照组临床治愈6例(11.11%),显效12例(22.22%),有效19例(35.19%),无效17例(31.48%),总有效率为68.52%。两组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:中药龙胆泻肝汤治疗肝火扰心型失眠能收到良好的临床效果。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of hyposomnia by Gentianae Decoction for Purging Liver Fire. Method： 56 patients with hyposomnia of liver fire harassing the heart type were given Gentianae Decoction for Purging Liver Fire, and established the control group. Results： 13 cases （23.21%） were cured, 21 cases （37.50%） were excellent, 16 cases （28.57） were effective, 6 cases （10.71%） were ineffective in the treatment group, and the total effective rate was 89.28%. 6 cases （11.11%） were cured, 12 cases （22.22%） were excellent, 19 cases （35.19%） were effective, 17 cases （31.48） were ineffective in the control group, and the total effective rate was 68,52%. There were significant differences in them （P〈0.05）. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion： Gentianae decoction for purging liver fire could treat hyposomnia of liver fire harassing the heart effectively.
