丛枝菌根真菌对番茄幼苗生长和矿质元素吸收的影响 被引量:12

Effects of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi on Growth and Absorption of Mineral Elements of Tomato Seedlings

摘要 试验以寒盛番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.)品种为材料,研究了接种丛枝菌根真菌(Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi,AMF)、摩西球囊霉(Glomusmosseae Nicolson & Gerdemann)对番茄幼苗生长、叶片光合参数、叶片矿质元素含量的影响。结果表明,接种AMF处理明显地增加了番茄幼苗的生长势、叶片叶绿素含量和光合参数,提高了叶片中N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Zn的含量,其中接种AMF处理对番茄幼苗的株高、叶面积、地上部生长量、叶绿素含量、光合速率、Zn含量影响较大。该试验初步表明,接种AMF处理用于番茄育苗是可行的。 Using tomato(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. )culfivar Hansheng as the experimental material, effects of inoculating Arbuscular rnycorrhizal fungi(AMF)Glomus mosseae Nicolson & Gerdernann on growth, photosynthetic parameters and mineral element contents of tomato seedlings leaves were studied. The results indicated that growth vigor, chlorophyll content, photosynthetie parameters and N.P.K.Ca. Mg.Zn contents of leaves were markedly increased by inoculating AMF. Effects of inoculating AMF on plant height, leaf area, shoot growth weight, chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate and Zn content were more significant. This trial initially showed that inoculating r tomato with AMF was feasible in cultivating seedlings.
