摘要
目的:观察电针"内关"和"心俞"穴对急性心肌缺血大鼠心率变异性的协同保护作用。方法:40只大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、内关组(电针"内关"穴)、心俞组(电针"心俞"穴)、内关+心俞组(电针"内关"和"心俞"穴)。通过舌下静脉注射垂体后叶素复制急性缺血性大鼠模型,观察电针治疗后心率变异性的变化。结果:内关组、心俞组和内关+心俞组均能显著改善脑垂体后叶素所致的RRI延长、TV增大和LF/HF减小的作用,且内关+心俞组心率变异性的改善最为明显(P<0.05)。结论:电针"心俞"和"内关"穴对急性心肌缺血大鼠的心率变异具有协同保护作用。
Objective:To observe the synergetic protective effect of electro-acupuncturing(EA) “Neiguan” and“Xin-shu” against acute myocardial ischemia in rats. Methods:40 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, namely, control group, model group,“Neiguan” group treated with electro - acupuncture (EA) at“Neig'aan” acupoint ,“Xinshu” group treated with EA at“Xinshu” acupoint, Guanshu group treated with EA at both“Neiguan”and“ Xinshu” acupoints. Injecting pituitrinin to sublingual vein simulated the acute ischemic rats models. The changes of heart rate and HRV were observed after treatment. Results :The improvement of the parameter of HRV was the most in Guanshu group than that in any other group (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion : EA at both“Neiguan” and“Xinshu” acupoints has synergetic protective effect against acute myocardial ischemia.
