摘要 以某型号轮式推土机的电子故障监测系统为例,结合现代轿车车载式故障监测及自诊断技术原理,提出对工程机械电子故障监测系统的改进设想。改进重点为增加监测柴油发动机工作状态的传感器数量,将传感器按功能进行分组,运用故障诊断专家系统方法实现对柴油发动机的状态实时监测及故障自诊断功能,同时通过电控系统使故障监测系统具备自防护功能,为现有工程机械故障监测系统提供了一种新的改进方法。 This paper take the existing intelligent engineering machine of the electronic monitoring system for a certain type bulldozer for example, combining with the technology theory of faults monitoring and self diagnosis used in the modem car, brings forward an improvement thought of the faults monitoring system for the engineering machine. The improvement emphases are to increase the number of the sensors for monitoring the working state of the diesel engine, group the sensor according to the function, use the theory of faults diagnosis expert system to realize the function of real time monitoring and self diagnosis to the diesel engine, and make the faults monitoring system have the self protected function via the electronic control system, and offers a new improved method for the existing engineering machine of faults monitoring system.
