摘要
数控铣床加工圆盘类零件时,在工序转换部位有明显的刀痕,这主要与机械结构各部件的选择和匹配有关。利用自动控制原理建立铣床驱动系统数学模型,对该二阶系统进行定性分析,找出系统参数与加工误差变量间关系,从而为减小加工误差提供具体可靠的依据。
When a numerical control milling machine processes the round parts, there is obvious trace in the working procedure con- version part, so it is important to select each part of machine structure. Auto-control principle is used to establish the mathematics model of miller drive system and to carry out qualitative analysis of the two-rank system. This paper finds out the relation between the system parameter and the process error, and then provide a concrete and reliable basis for reducing the process error.
