摘要
目的:探讨黄芪建中汤在非手术治疗胰腺外瘘中的效果。方法:对61例患者分成常规非手术治疗组和常规非手术治疗+黄芪建中汤组治疗,比较两组治愈率、瘘管闭合时间及T淋巴细胞亚群数量。结果:试验组与对照组的治愈率无统计学差异,试验组的瘘管闭合天数低于对照组(P<0.01),试验组的CD3、CD4及CD4/CD8均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪建中汤可调节胰腺外瘘患者的机体免疫力,促进胰瘘闭合。
Objective：To research the effect of Huangqijianzhong decoction in the un-surgery treatment of pancreatic external fistula.Methods： Pancreatic external fistula patients were divided into two groups： experimental group and normal treatment group.Some indexes between the two groups were compared,including cure rate,cure time,and the quantity of T lymphocyte subsets.Results： There was no statistically significant difference in the cure rate between experiment group and normal treatment group.However,the cure time in experiment was shorter than that in normal treatment group.There were more T lymphocyte subsets in experiment group than that in normal treatment group.Conclusion： Huangqijianzhong decoction can improve the immunology of patients,and promote the close of pancreas external fistula in un-surgery treatment.
