花椒提取物对山楂叶螨的生物活性及作用机理的研究 被引量:7

摘要 试验研究了不同溶剂对花椒果实活性成分的提取及其对山楂叶螨的杀螨作用,结果表明:在4种不同溶剂的提取物中,花椒氯仿提取物(ZFCE)对卵和雌成螨都有较高的生物活性,当提取物浓度为2mg/ml时,处理山楂叶螨的卵、雌成螨24h后的校正死亡率分别达到了55.57%、64.14%,LC50值分别达到了2.09mg提取物/ml、1.13mg提取物/ml;ZFCE处理山楂叶螨雌成螨后,体内的乙酰胆碱酯酶、单胺氧化酶和谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶活性均受到不同程度的影响,其中乙酰胆碱酯酶被抑制,可以初步判断乙酰胆碱酯酶是ZFCE在山楂叶螨体内的重要靶标之一。 A plant, Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim. was investigated for its acarocidal activities against mites , Tetranychus Viennensis Zacher.The results indicated that during extractions of four solvents, Z. bungeanum Fruit Chloroform Extract (ZFCE) had obvious activities to eggs and female mites; their adjusted mortalities at 24h post-treatment were 55.57% and 64.14%; LC50 value of egg and adult was 2.09 mg extraction per milliliter and 1.13 mg extraction per milliliter. Our preliminary studies of the function mechanism of ZFCE aganist mites indicated that the activities of AChE,MAO and glutathione-S-transferase in T. Viennensis were all affected. AChE was restrained strongly and we could conclude that AChE was probably one of the main targets of ZFCE.
