纤维素-聚氨酯共聚型高强度功能纸的研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了甲苯-2,4二异氰酸酯(TDI)与聚乙二醇(PEG)的2种同系物(PEG 400,PEG 600)作用对纸张聚氨酯化处理的效果。结果表明:PEG 400和PEG 600均可用于聚氨酯化,PEG 400的效果优于PEG 600;当PEG 400用量为7%,效果最好,裂断长为原纸的2.44倍,湿强度/干强度为49%,耐折度提高12.77倍。 The performance of two PEG products, PEG 400 and PEG 600, on reacting with toluene,2,4-diisocyanate to form polyurethane with paper were investigated. The results show that PEG 400 performs better than PEG 600 when it was used to react with fiber on the papers. When PEG 400 is applied at the addition level of 7% , the breaking length of paper is increased by 2.44 times; the wet strength/dry strength ratio is 49% ; and the folding endurance is enhanced by 12.77 times.
