摘要
冠状动脉支架断裂日渐增多,常伴严重不良事件,特别是与支架内再狭窄相关,已成为冠心病介入治疗研究的热点。本文综述了冠状动脉支架断裂的发生率、定义、检测手段、发病机制、临床表现及防治方法等方面的进展。
