摘要
介绍了苎麻纤维和竹浆纤维的主要特性,分析了各工序正常生产时的技术措施,进一步强调了羊毛/苎麻/竹浆纤维生产中的具体方法,在上机前必须经过一道混条加足油水,放够时间,使油水充分渗透均匀才能消除纺纱生产过程中的静电,减少飞毛,改善了生活,最终使纺纱顺利进行;并且适当降低了各机台部件的回转速度,既可以减少对纤维的损伤,又可以保证纱线条干,提高纱线的制成率。实践证明,用毛纺设备加工生产羊毛/苎麻/竹浆纤维精纺纱是切实可行的。
This paper introduced the main characteristics of ramie fiber and bamboo fiber, the normal production process, the technical measures. Before spinning, the fibers must be plused water and oil additives to avoid static in the spinning process, which can reduce flying hair, make the spinning smoothly. It can reduce the damage of fibers, also can ensure the stem of yam, increase the rate of finished products. The practics showed that the wool/ramie/bamboo fiber worsted yam can be produced on the wool process equipment.
