摘要
纺纱工序工艺流程长,纱支和捻度控制难度大。文章总结了小批量产品在纺纱工序生产组织的经验,将原料、纺纱工艺及生产系列化,不但有利于小批量产品在生产过程中的质量控制,保证纱线条干均匀,质量稳定,而且可以节约电耗,降低生产成本,大大提高效率。
In this paper, it discussed about how to produce the samall lot in the spinning mill, and gave out some suggestions. The spinning process is very long, it is difficult to control yarn count and twist. The paper summarized a lot of experience of how to produce the samall lot in the spinning process. It can make some series about materials, spinning technique and organize. So that it can improve the quality, reduce the cost and improve the efficiency of the production during the samall lot produce.
