减少半精纺工艺成纱毛粒的生产实践

摘要 因半精纺工艺适纺原料广泛、降低生产成本和生产风格迥异的各式纱线而发展迅速,但在化纤与毛、化纤与丝等混纺纱生产过程中,易产生毛粒。文章分析了毛粒的成因。生产实践证明:毛粒主要在梳理工序产生,成纱细节对毛粒的产生也有重要影响。指出了生产过程中应以调整机械状态和工艺条件为基础,合理选用原料,严格控制纤维的回潮率,适度开松和梳理纤维,优化纺纱工艺配置,加强半制品在线质量控制和减少成纱细节,降低毛粒生成的机率。 Semi-worsted spinning technology has wide spinning raw materials, can decrease the production costs and produce all kinds of yarn of different styles, so it develops rapidly. But neps are easily generated in the blended yarn, such as chemical fiber and wool, chemical fiber and silk. This paper analyzes the causes of producing neps. And the production practice confirms that neps are mainly produced in the carding process, and yam thin places also have great influence on neps. The paper indicates that the production process should be based on rectifying the state of machinery and technology, a reasonable selection of raw materials and strict control fiber moisture regain, moderate opening and carding fiber, spinning technology optimization, strengthening semi-finished products on-line quality control and reducing the thin places, thus declining the neps' forming probability.
