摘要
针对我国实施知识产权战略所面临的知识产权意识缺失的现象,阐述了构建知识产权知识化体系和知识产权学科的可行性和重要性。建议通过加强知识产权学科建设,走知识产权高等教育化之路,提高全民意识和培养知识产权专门人才,确保国家知识产权战略的顺利实施。
This paper analyzes the lack of peopleg consciousness about intellectual property, expounds on the feasibility and importance of constructing the knowledge - based system of intellectual property and the intellectual property subject, and suggests that the higher education way of intellectual property should be taken through strengthening the construction of the intellectual property subject so as to raise peopleg consciousness, train specialized personnel and ensure the implementation of national intellectual property tactics.
