摘要
目的扫描电镜对比观察两种木贼提取物对高血脂大鼠主动脉内皮细胞损伤的影响。方法50只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常组,模型组,吉非罗齐(阳性对照药)组,木贼正丁醇提取物组,正丁醇提取剩余物组。实验9w后取主动脉用扫描电镜观察血管内皮细胞的结构变化。结果木贼提取物组大鼠血管内皮细胞排列比较整齐,形态结构基本正常,内皮细胞间隙较小,细胞黏附和脂质沉积少见。结论超微结构观察提示两种木贼提取物对高血脂所致主动脉血管内皮细胞损伤有良好的修复和保护作用,正丁醇提取物效果尤为明显。
Objective To observe the effect of equisetum extract on aorta endothelium in rats with experimental hyperlipemia with scanning electron microscope. Methods The male SD rats were divided into normal, model and gemifibrozil (positive drug) , extract and remainder groups. Nine weeks later, the endothelium ultrastrueture changes in aorta wall were observed with scanning electron microscope. Results Compared with model group, there were well-arranged, verge on normal shape, compact intercellular space, and less cell adhesion and lipidoses in vascular endothelial cell in equisetum extracts groups. Conclusions Both equisetum extracts can protect and repair aorta endothelial cell damage dividely in hyperlipemia rat, especially equisetum extract.
