摘要
比较单性别和男女混合病区中精神分裂症患者的行为表现方法记录单性别病区７２例和男女混合病区６８例患者一般行为和边缘性性行为结果单性别病区中病人衣着不整等不注重仪表修饰表明显多于男女混合病区的病人（χ２＝５．４９０２）；Ｐ＜０．０５），单性男病区患者对异性举止轻率明显多于混合病区男性患者。结论男女混合病区有利于行为的正常化，建议在有条件的精神病院开设男女混合病区。
? Objective To compare the behaviors in schizophrenics between the divisions with and without distinction of sex in mental hospital.Method Recording the general behaviors and borderline sexual deeds in schizophrenics in the divisions with distinction of sex(72 cases)and in the mixed divisions (68 cases).Result Schizophrenics who pay less attention to their clothing and behaviors in the divisions with distinction of sex are much more than those in the mixed divisions (χ 2=5.4902,P<0 05). Male schizophrenics in the divisions with distinction of sex who have skittish behaviors to female are apparently much more than those in the mixed divisios.Conclusion That males and females live in a same division is good to normalize the patients' behavior. We suggest that mental hospital which have good conditions set up mixed divisions.
