摘要
项目风险识别是项目风险管理的重要环节。若不能准确地识别项目面临的潜在风险,就会失去处理这些风险的最佳时机。文章主要介绍了项目风险识别的主要内容,并从主观和客观信息源的角度介绍了六种常用的风险识别方法。最后提出,在实际应用过程中,为了减轻风险被主观夸大或缩小程度和减小风险被遗漏的可能性,可同时应用从主观和客观信息源出发的方法来识别风险。
Project risk identification is an important link in project risk management. If the potential risks cannot be accurately identified, it will lose the best opportunity to address these risks. This paper introduces the main elements of risk identification and six common methods of risk identification from the view of the subjective and objective information sources. Finally, it puts forward that, in the application, in order to reduce the extent of subjective influence to risk and the possibility of omitting potential risk, the methods from both subjective and objective information sources should be applied to identify risk at the same time.
