摘要
滚柱式超越离合器因其独特的结构和良好的性能在目前国产装载机变速器中得到了广泛的应用,其中的关键件—隔离环的结构及加工制造过程比较复杂,具有一定的特殊性,是影响离合器工作可靠性的重要零件。通过分析研究,提出了该零件的结构及工艺改进方案,经装机实验,离合器失效反馈率由原来的3.81%下降到1.5%,有效地提高了使用寿命和降低了维修费用。
Overrunning roller clutch is widely applied in the transmission of wheel loader because of its special structure and good performance.The structure and machining process for the isolation ring is rather complicated,it's a pivotal part that influence on the reliability of the whole structure. It brings forward the new structure ,heat treatment and processing method for isolation ring. After tracking test,the rate of invalidation feedback reduced to 1.5%from 3.81%,it shows that the improvements can improve the service life and debase the maintenance costs.
