摘要
以N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、十四烷基溴为主要原料,采用N-甲基吡咯烷酮作溶剂,由氨酯化反应和季铵化反应二步构成,合成了溴化[甲苯-2,4-双氨基甲酸-(N-乙酯基二甲基十四烷基)铵]。用红外光谱和核磁进行了目标产物的结构表征。目标产物的水溶液在20℃的表面活性数据为:ccm c=0.12 mmol.L-1,γcm c=27.0 mN.m-1。目标产物与十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)复配产生了协同效应,在目标产物与SDS的摩尔比为1∶2时的表面活性数据为:ccm c=6.5×10-2mmol.L-1,γcm c=25.0 mN.m-1。
Toluene-2,4-bis- carbamy- N - ethoxydimethyltetradecyl ammonium bromide was synthesized by using N, N - dimethylethanolamine, 2,4 - toluene diisocyanate and 1 - bromo - tetradecane as raw materials and through two reaction steps, carbamate formation and quaternization. The reactions were carried out in a solvent N - methyl pyrrolidone as reaction medium. Structure of the product was characterized by IR and 1^ HNMR spectra. The surface activity of the aqueous solution of the targeted product at 20 ℃ shows Ccmc = 0. 12 mmol · L^-1 and γcmc =27. 0 mN · m^-1 The targeted product shows a synergic effect when blended with sodium dodccyl sulfonate at a mole ratio of 1 : 2. The surface activity of the blend shows Ccmc = 6. 5×10^-2mmol·L^-1; and γcmc =25.0 mN · m^-1
