摘要
针对监理企业的现状,分析了我国建设监理制度存在的问题,并从强化监理委托程序、严格监理资质管理、提高监理队伍的素质和监理能力等方面提出了完善监理体制的措施,并指出了工程监理工作的目标,为建立具有中国特色的工程建设监理制度提供了参考。
According to the present situation of the supervision enterprise, the author analyzes the problems of the construction supervision systern, puts forward the measures of perfecting the supervision system from the aspects of strengthening supervision commission procedure, the strict management of the supervision qualification and improving the quality and ability of the supervision rank,, points out the target of the construction supervision, which provides the reference for building the Chinese-featured construction supervision system.
