摘要
从影响外墙渗漏冻胀因素出发,对外墙渗漏的部位及原因进行了分析,提出了外墙防水设防的原则及外墙防水的具体措施,以期最大限度地减少和防治渗漏,从而保证建筑舒适、安全地使用。
Starting from the influential factors for the water leakage through exterior walls and frost heaving, the paper analyzes the positions of the leakage and their reasons and indicates the principle of the waterproof fortification and the concrete measures to waterproof the exterior walls, so as to reduce and prevent the walls from leaking to the highest limit and to ensure the buildings can be used in a comfortable and safe way.
