摘要
结合塑钢门窗开裂的现象,分析了塑钢门窗焊缝开裂的产生原因,并针对性地提出了具体的预防措施,同时对材料开裂的原因进行了探讨,指出影响塑钢门窗焊角开裂的因素较复杂,各方面同时入手才能达到减少和预防型材焊角开裂的目的。
Combined with the cracking phenomenon of the plastic steel door and window, the author analyzes the cause of the plastic steel door and window, and puts forward the concrete preventive measures, studies the cause of the material cracking, points out that the influencing factors of the cracking on weld comers of the plastic steel door and window is complicated, the goal that is to reduce and prevent the cracking on weld comers of the profiles can be achieved form all aspects.
