摘要
结合西安市某住宅楼工程概况,并在满足结构安全和成本经济要求的前提下,提出采用天然地基和箱形基础的地基处理方案,通过地基承载力计算和基础沉降估算,指出该工程满足了承载力(强度)和变形的要求,且施工时间短,费用省,对环境干扰小。
Combined with one residential building work in Xi'an, in order to meet the safety and cost requirements natural foundation and box foundation are adopted for foundation treatment, calculation of bearing capacity of foundation and estimation of foundation settlement show the treatment of foundation can meet requirements on bearing capacity and deformation, which reduces time limit with low cost and small impacts on environment.
