摘要
充分利用煤矿企业现有网络资源,采用新兴的WebGIS结构模式组建安全生产应急救援指挥系统,本系统包含应急救援资源管理子系统,应急救援仿真指挥子系统和应急救援辅助指挥子系统。该系统通过应急救援资源管理子系统实现对救援物资、救护装备的自动化监控与管理;通过应急救援仿真指挥子系统,不断提高煤矿的安全管理能力、应急响应能力和安全培训的效果;通过应急救援辅助指挥子系统辅助指挥员启动预案,提高应急救援响应的能力。
