尿微量白蛋白检测的临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 “umALB”是指尿中自蛋白排泄明显高于正常,但用常规生化检查方法难以测出的一种病理现象。过去对尿中白蛋白已经有亚临床意义的升高,但是无法用常规方法查出的病人,现在已经能够得到早期诊断。
