\ The first task for our enterprises to march to the world is to improve their technological competitiveness.The development of the global market economy, the improvement of information technology and the rapid development of technologies in interdisciplines and cross disciplines provide a best opportunity for the consistent development of enterprises. The operation processes of the technological information services and the basic qualifications for the staff are also discussed.
