摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗骨不连的疗效。方法20例骨不连均再次施行内固定,取自体髂骨松质骨植骨,配合中药内服治疗。结果本组病例全部获得愈合。结论自体髂骨移植配合中医药治疗是临床治疗骨不连的可靠方法。
Objective To discuss the effect of treatment with integrated medicine of Chinese and Western to bone nonunion. Methods 20 cases of bone nonunion were operated with internal fixation again,autogenous iliac cancellous bone graft and oral treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Results All patients got good healing. Conclusion Autogenous iliac bone graft with Chinese medicine treatment to bone is a kind of reliable method.
