摘要
目的对个青皮和四花青皮挥发油成分进行比较。方法气相色谱-质谱联用分析法,以面积归一化法测得挥发油各组分相对百分含量,经过NIST 02.L标准质谱检索库检索,并结合标准质谱谱图鉴定化学成分。结果个青皮分离出139种组分,鉴定出59个化学成分。四花青皮分离出96种组分,鉴定出55个化学成分。共鉴定了70个化学成分,其中46个为两者共有。结论个青皮和四花青皮挥发油成分存在显著差异。
Objective To analyze and compare the volatile off ingredients of ilex macropoda and four petal ilex macropoda extracted by common method. Methods The volatile oil ingredients of ilex macropoda and four petal ilex macropoda was extracted by common method. The volatile oil components were analyzed by GC-MS,and obtained the relative percentages of various components in the volatile oil by the area normalizing reduction, and identified chemical composition passing through NISTO2.L standard mass spectrum retrieval storehouse and unifying the standard mass spectrum spectrogram. Results 139 kinds of components were separated from ilex macropoda and 59 chemical compositions were identified; 96 kinds of components were separated from four petal ilex macropoda and 55 chemical compositions were identified ;Altogether, 70 chemical compositions were identified, and 46 chemical compositions were for both. Conclusion The volatile oil ingredients from ilex macropoda and four petal ilex macropoda have remarkable difference.
