摘要
目的评价半导体激光早期治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的疗效。方法22例患者给以半导体激光早期治疗。20例患者给以保守治疗。结果激光治疗组均病程缩短,视力提高,很快恢复,非激光组恢复较慢,病程较长。结论早期激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变有明显的疗效,有利于病人,可以很快恢复或改善视力,缩短病程。治疗积极有效。
Objective To evaluate the early curative effect of semiconductor laser in treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy. Methods Twenty-two patients with central serous chorioretinopathy were early treated with semiconductor laser .Twenty patients with cetral serous chorioretinopathy were conservatively treated .Results In laser treatment group ,the process of disease was shorten ,the eyesight was improved ,and quickly recovered .In non-laser treatment group ,the recovery of eyesight was very slowly , the process of disease was longer. Conclusion The early laser curative effect in treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy was obvious ,and favourable to patients .The eyesight was quickly recovered and improved ,the process of disease was shorten .The treatment was active and effective.
