高尿酸血症与冠心病和高血压病关系探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨高尿酸血症(UA)与高脂血症、糖尿病等心血管疾病危险因素的交互影响及临床意义。方法用HITACHI 7080全自动生化分析仪检测75例单纯冠心病、67例单纯高血压病和71例冠心病与高血压病并存患者及100例健康对照者UA、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和血糖(GLU)水平。结果单纯冠心病、单纯高血压病及冠心病与高血压病并存患者UA水平分别为(385.4±95.3)μmol/L、(359.6±86.2)μmol/L及(391.5±93.6)μmol/L,均明显高于健康对照组(F=13.41,P<0.01)。高UA血症患者并存高胆固醇血症、高甘油三酯血症及糖尿病的比例分别为39.73%、52.05%和47.95%,与非高尿酸血症组并存高胆固醇血症、高甘油三酯血症及糖尿病的比例(分别为20.42%、15.42%、21.25%)相比,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.001)。结论高UA血症与高胆固醇血症、高甘油三酯血症及糖尿病交互影响。 Objective To study the relationship between serum uric acid ( UA) and coronary heart disease as well as hypertension, and to explore the clinical significance of hyperuricemia and the interaction of the risk factors of cardiovascular diseases such as hyperlipemia, diabetes, etc, Methods The levels of serum UA, total cholesterol ( TC ) , triglyeride ( TG ) and glucose ( GLU) were measured by HITACHI 7080 automatic biochemistry analyzer in 213 patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension (75 coronary heart disease, 67 hypertension, 71 coronary heart disease concomitant hypertension ) and 100 healthy subjects. Results Patients with coronary heart disease or hypertension or coronary heart disease concomitant hypertension had strongly higher concentration of UA compared to that of controls ( P 〈 0. 01) The levels of UA were (385.4 ± 95.3 ) μmoL/L for coronary heart disease, (359.6 ± 86.2) μmoL/L for hypertension and (391.5±93.6) μmoL/L for coronary heart disease concomitant hypertension, respectively. The ratios of hyperuricemia concomitant hypercholesteremia (39. 73%), hypertriglyceridemia (52.05%) and diabetes (47. 75% ) were significantly elevated than those of non-hyperuricemia concomitant hypercholesteremia (20.42%) , hypertriglyceridemia ( 15.42% ) and diabetes ( 21.25%) ( P 〈 0. 001). Conclusion There is a close correlation between hyperuricemia and coronary heart disease or hypertension. The interactions of hyperuricemia with hypercholesteremia, hypertriglyceridemia and diabetes would promote the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases.
