摘要
通过检测分析喂养2个月后家鸡中6种组织的淀粉酶同工酶谱变化与鸡饲料中不同含量Ce3+,Tb3+之间的相关性,发现不同浓度稀土对鸡的心、肝、肾、骨髓、肌肉及血清中淀粉酶同工酶谱有不同程度的影响,其中,肝、肌肉、骨髓中淀粉酶同工酶谱有明显的谱带数变化,血清、肾脏、心脏中只是酶带强弱的变化,说明微量稀土对生物体有明显的“超钙”作用.
This article reported the effect of feed containing rare earths on AMY isozymes in 6 tissues of chicken for 2 months. The results showed that the effect of rare earths in 6 tissues are different.AMY isozyme patterns in marrow and muscle are more remarkably changed than those of the orther tissues in range of 100 ̄300 μg/g ER(NO) 3. The results also imply that biological effects of rare earths on living body is very obvious and senstive.
