摘要
以珠状苯乙烯系大孔树脂吸收含间苯二酚、甲醛、三聚氰胺及致孔剂的混合物在树脂孔隙中进行缩聚反应,可制得珠状大孔互贯的含有酚羟基和氨基的两性树脂DHFA-8,该树脂对焦糖、葡萄糖、桉蜜的脱色效果优于D85树脂和通用1号脱色树脂.
The amphoteric resin DHFA-8 is synthesized by polycondensation of resorcinol,formaldehyde and melamine in pores of macroporous resin bead of crosslinked polystyrene.DHFA-8 bead contains groups of amine and phenol and is with macroporous,interpenetrating structure.Its application in decolourization for caramel,glucose and eucalyptus honey shows a better result than that of D85 and universal 1 decolour resins.
