摘要
一流的大学必有一流的图书馆。筑波大学作为日本一所名校,其附属图书馆管理水平在日本国内图书馆管理中是堪称一流的。认真考察其管理,我们发现,其一流服务的背后有着以人为本的管理和服务理念及有效的保障机制的强有力支撑,而这恰恰是中国大学图书馆在管理和服务中所缺少的。因此,认真探究和吸取其人本管理理念并借鉴其实施路径,对于提升中国大学图书馆管理水平、引领中国大学图书馆走向人本管理之道具有重要的现实意义。
First-class university has first-class library. As a famous university in Japan, the library management of Tsukuba University in Japan is very excellent. Inspecting its management, we found that their first-class services depending on humanistic management philosophy and effective mechanism, which is lacking in the management and services of university libraries in China. Therefore, it is very important for us to explore and learn their humanistic management concept in order to improve our university libraries' management and service.
