摘要
对钱江源野生蔬菜植物种类及分类构成进行了整理与归类;对其野生蔬菜植物的特点和不同采食器官部位及用途按照根及根茎、茎叶、花、果、调味和佐料等划分成5大类;描述了其野生蔬菜植物资源的分布及特点:分析了其野生蔬菜植物开发利用的现状、存在的问题和开发利用的前景;提出了加快钱江源野生蔬菜植物开发利用的指导思想和方向;从利用与保护相结合、人工栽培驯化技术的研究、食用安全性方面的研究、综合开发利用的研究等方面阐述了加快钱江源野生蔬菜植物开发利用的对策。
The classification of wild vegetables is done in Qianjiangyuan. Different edible organ and use, wild vegetables plant＇s characteristic are picked, and classified into 5 types based on the root, stem,leaf, flower, fruit, and seasoning. The distribution and characteristic of wild vegetables plant resources are described. The wild vegetables plant development situation, existent problems and prospect of development are analyzed. The guiding ideology and direction of speeding up Qianjiangyuan wild vegetables plant development are proposed. And the research of artificial acclimatizaion culture technology, edible security, comprehensive development and so on are unified to expound the countermeasure of speeding up use and protection of Qianjiangyuan wild vegetables.
