摘要
综合运用多媒体、图形分析、数据库管理及计算机联网技术，设计出铁路工务设备图像管理与传输系统．进行软硬件的开发和实现，满足铁路工务设备的现代化管理、维护与决策的各种需要．
A system for image management and transmition of railway equipment has been implemented by intergrating applicationg of multimedia,graphical analysis,management of database and computer network.It is helpful to develop hardware and software.It meets all requirments,for railway equipments modern management, maintenace and decision.
