摘要 应用计算机检索Pubmed数据库1999-01/2008-01期间及万方数据库、维普数据库2001-01/2008-01期间与胚胎干细胞分化的调控因子相关的44篇文章显示:胚胎干细胞分化的调控是一个极其复杂的过程,是由多个因素组成的一个庞大的维持胚胎干细胞自我更新能力的调控网络,其中特异分子和各种转录因子的最终表达量是决定胚胎干细胞是否分化的关键因素。当各种因子分泌量达到相互平衡状态时,胚胎干细胞维持自我更新,但是如果其中一个或几个因子的表达量发生改变时,就会促使胚胎干细胞向某一特定方向分化。目前研究主要集中在八聚体结合蛋白4、Nanog、SOX基因、白血病抑制因子等几条既平行又相互交错的通路所决定胚胎干细胞的自我更新。 A computer-based online search of Pubmed from January 1999 to January 2008 and Wanfang and VIP database between January 2001 and January 2008 was undertaken to identify articles about regulatory factor of embryonic stem cell (ESC) differentiation. Fifty articles were selected. ESC differentiation is a complex process that is regulated by a big network consisted of many factors to maintain the self-renewal capacity of embryonic stem cell. The terminal expression of specific molecule and various transcription factors are key factors for ESC differentiation. ESC maintains the self-renewal when secretion quantity of various factors achieves balance state. But ESC will differentiate towards certain direction if one or a few of factors alter. Current study mainly focuses on octamer-binding protein-4, Nanog, Sox gune, and leukaemia inhibitory factor that are parallel and intererossed pathways.
