摘要
缩孔是涂装上常见的漆膜弊病,在汽车涂装中经常遇到。针对我公司D310驾驶室阴极电泳涂装中出现漆膜的缩孔现象,提出加强前处理预擦洗,延长脱脂时间,降低电泳电压,提高固体质量分数、保持溶剂含量,增强电泳后冲洗等工艺,从而有效地解决了缩孔现象。
Craters is a common film defect in coating,which is often happen in the coating process for automobile. Be aimed at occurrence of carters in the coating process of D310 cab,We proposed several measures for eliminating the craters of the paint films, such as enhancing the precleaning of preparation,prolonging the times of degrease,lowering the voltage of electro coat,raising the solid content,keeping the solvent content,enhancing the washing after electro coat etc.
