精密点焊系统伺服电机的选型

摘要 根据点焊电源加压系统的要求,设计了一套伺服加压系统,并对该系统的伺服电机做了详细计算和选型。伺服加压系统对电极施加压力,通过准确控制电极的运动速度、运动轨迹、施压大小,促进了焊接时间、电流、压力的协调性,从而提高焊接质量。伺服电机是整个伺服加压系统的重要组成部分,他的选型与加压系统的结构及成本密切相关。与气压相比,伺服电机能够对电极位置、运动速度和电极力进行精确控制,从而在焊接过程中能够与焊接工件实现软接触,避免了冲击对焊接工件的影响,为电阻点焊的焊接质量提供了有力保障,因此,伺服电机在电阻点焊领域具有广阔的应用前景。 According to spot welding power compression system requirements,a set of servo pressure system is designed and done a detailed calculation and selection on the servo motor. Servo pressure system put pressure on the electrode,through the accurate control of the electrode movement speed,trajectory and pressure to promote the coordination of welding time,current and pressure,so as to enhance the quality of welding. Servo motor as an important part of servo pressure system,its selection is closely related with compression system structure and cost. Compared with the pressure,the servo motor can realize the accurate control to the electrode position,velocity and electrode force,and thus in the process of welding can achieve soft contacts with the welding parts,to avoid the shock impact of the workpiece welding,to provide effective protection for the quality of resistance spot welding. Therefore,servo motor has broad application prospects in the field of resistance spot welding.
