摘要
化工区化学性眼烧伤较多，本组76例中由于安全意识淡漠造成眼烧伤11例，操作方法不当9例，出现意外56例，致使眼组织受损害。伤后立即进行现场冲洗对减少眼组织损害起着重要作用。76例患者中68例（占89．5％）进行现场冲洗，预后视力多数较好。提示：加强劳动安全教育、宣传化学性眼烧伤现场急救常识至关重要。
Eye bum by chemicals are often met in chemical plants, the 76 eye bum cases in this paper include： 11 cases by neglect of safety rules, 9 cases by unsuitable procedure, 56 cases by accident, all make the eyes harmed. Immediate flushing at site after the eye burn alleviates greatly harm. In the 76 cases, 68 of them （89.5% ） have immediate flushing, and majority of them have a better result. Hint： Enhancement the safety education, better popularization of the first aid common knowledge to the chemical eye bum will play a great role.
