摘要
XML目前正在成为各种数据库特别是文档的首选格式。由于其具有标记不同字段的能力,使得搜索变得更简单和动态化。那么,怎样管理XML标记的数据呢?基于关系的XML数据处理是一种可行而有前景的方式,受到了广泛的关注。然而由于数据模型的差异,利用关系数据库查询处理XML数据给传统数据库技术带来新的挑战。介绍一种基于DTD的XML关系数据库存储方法,该方法分别针对DTD和XML文档建立独立的表结构和索引,从而提高查询效率。
XML has been a preferred format for all kinds of database, especially for file. It makes search easier and more simple due to its capacity of mark up different fields. How to manage the database that XML marked up？ data processing with XML based on relation is a feasible mean with wide prospect. However, using rela- tional database searches and processes XML data brings out difficulties for traditional database due to different data model. The paper discussed the memorizing method of XML relational database based on DTD, which separately sets up the dependent list structure and index focusing on DTD and XML files and has high efficiency in search.
