摘要
以k-ε双方程模式湍流流动为理论基础,利用有限元分析软件对固液两相射流前混合喷嘴外冲击流场进行数值模拟,得到前混合磨料水射流喷嘴外冲击流场的速度场和应力场变化。仿真结果表明,两相射流沿轴线方向速度在自由射流阶段速度梯度下降缓慢,接近壁面时速度梯度变化剧烈,到达壁面后动能全部转化为压能,压能达最大值。
On the theory basis of the k - ε double equation of turbulent flow, the finite unit software is used to simulate outside impact flow- field of solid - liquid two phase jet nozzle, the velocity field and pressure field of impact flow - field are gained. The result shows that the velocity ladder along axial direction of waterjet descended slowly in period of free jet. When near the fixed wall, the velocity ladder changed acutely. The pressure energy reaches max value and all kinetic energy converted pressure energy when jet reaches fixed wall.
