摘要
在分析河南省焦作市控制网的现状及存在问题的基础上，提出了扩展和改造焦作城市控制网的基本要求及可行性方案，并讨论了方案实施过程中遇到的问题及具体的解决办法。
The paper firstly tells the general situation of Jiaozuo, finds its existent symtom, and raises problems to be solved Secondly, discusses the building of Jiaozuo GPS expanding net, the data processing plan on it and old city control net Then, studies the reasonable plan on the reform of control net of Jiaozuo, puts forward the methods on selecting local coordinate system and the best selection plan on Jiaozuo control net, analyes the advantage and disadvantage of coordinate convert method on readjustment similarity reform result on Jiaozuo control net
