摘要
基于大螺栓联接使用中预紧力不足而导致联接失效的问题,提出并设计了一种超高液压螺母;对螺母体、活塞体及紧圈等主要组成件进行了结构设计和强度计算,介绍了色标位置的确定,并探讨了组合密封问题。
Based on the use Of the bolt connection inadequate preload link failure caused the problem, and to design a super- high hydraulic nut; of the nut, and the tight circle of detroit and other major components of the structural design and strength, a color- location setting is introduced, and to explore the combination of sealing problem.
