摘要 【目的】研究心脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)对急性心肌梗死早期诊断的价值。【方法】60例早期胸痛患者分别进行H-FABP方法和常规实验室检测方法(cTnI和CK-MB)测定,比较不同检测方法的诊断敏感性及准确性。【结果】H-FABP检测法的诊断敏感性及准确性均明显高于常规的检测方法(P<0.05)。【结论】H-FABP对于急性心肌梗死的早期诊断具有较高的敏感性及准确性,可作为诊断早期急性心肌梗死的理想指标。 [Objective] To explore the value of heart-type fatty acid-binding protein(H-FABP) on the early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction. [Methods] Sixty cases of patients with early chest pain were enrolled in the study. H-FABP was measured and routine methods were carried out. The sensitivity and accuracy of diagnosis were compared among different methods. [Results] The diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of HFABP were significantly higher than those of routine methods( P d0.05). [Conclusion] H-FABP for the early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction has higher sensitivity and accuracy. It is an ideal parameter for the early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.
