摘要
利用旱冬瓜(枯叶、鲜叶、树根、树枝、树皮)20,10,5,2.5g/L的水提液对云南松种子发芽进行处理.结果表明,树根水提液对云南松芽和幼苗生长基本上起促进作用;高浓度的枯叶、树枝、鲜叶及树皮水提液对云南松芽、幼苗的生长均有一定的抑制作用,随着水提液浓度的降低抑制作用减弱、消失甚至转为促进作用.不同器官水提液对云南松种子发芽的效果不同,树枝对鲜重和发芽率起作用的物质多些;鲜叶和树枝中对总长起作用的物质比其他部位多.3个测试项目的敏感性次序为总长〉鲜重〉发芽率.
The germination experiment of Pinus yunnanensis Franch. seeds was treated with the aqueous extracts of different parts ( litter,fresh leaf,root,branch, bark) of Alnus nepalensis D. at different concentrations(20,10, 5,2.5g/L). The result showed that the aqueous extract of root at different concentrations have a positive effect on the growth of bud anal seedlings basically, but the extracts of other parts of Alnus nepalensis D. in high concentration have a certain negative effect on the Pinus yunnanensis Franch seeds, the negative effect got weaker with the concentration decreasing, disappeared and even turned into a positive effect. As far as the effect of different parts of Alnus nepalensis D. on Pinus yunnanensis Franch seeds, the effect of branch was stronger than other parts on the wet weight and germination rate of Pinus yunnanensis Franch seeds,the effect of fresh leaf and branch were stronger than other parts on the total length of the seeds. The order of sensitivity of three test items to aqueous extracts of the different parts of Alnus nepalensis D. was as follows: total length 〉 wet weight 〉 germination rate.
