摘要
目的 寰枢椎结核少见，临床上极易因误诊而延误诊治．持续性颈部疼痛是本病常见症状，颈痛伴有颈部脓肿、肺部结核的发现有助于本病的早期诊断．方法 对于无广泛椎体破坏和没有神经系统症状、体征的病人可行药物及外固定治疗；对于出现咽后壁脓肿及神经系统症状体征的病人应行手术治疗．结果 详细阐述1例寰枢椎结核病例的临床表现，并总结相关文献．结论 通过讨论能够提高临床医生对这一罕见疾病的认识．
Objective Because atlantoaxial vertebral tuberculosis is rare,it is easy to be misdiagnosed and would not be treated in time. Continuous pain in cervical region is the common symptom. Cervical pain accompanies with cervical abscess and pulmonary tuberculosis will contribute to diagnose the disease in early stage. Method For the patients without extensive vertebral destruction and no symptoms or signs of the nervous system, drug therapy and external fixation can be chosen as the method of treatment. For the patients with rectropharyngeal abscess and symptoms or signs of the nervous system, surgical operation is the method. Results This article selects a case in which the patient has atlantoaxial vertebral tuberculosis in our hospital and reviews the related articles. Conclusion The aim of the discussion is to improve the understanding of this rare disease for clinicians.
